Dr. Reising is the Guerry and UC Foundation Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His research centers on digital communications and signal processing, RF fingerprinting, and Specific Emitter Identification for next-generation communications systems. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology in 2012.
