Dr. Rogers is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Tennessee State University’s College of Engineering. She is active in STEM education and outreach, including the Verizon Innovative Learning Program, and works closely with the TSU chapter of the ACM. She earned her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
